1. Contact

It starts with your vision. Start by submitting a quick form, or email us your architectural drawings.

3. Site Visit

We'll visit your home to assess the structural conditions, take precise measurements and understand the space. This step ensures your custom aluminium door is a perfect fit for your home, both functionally and aesthetically.

5. Design Drawing

We will provide a detailed CAD (technical drawing) along with your confirmed quote. This is the stage to make refinements like changing style, function or finish before locking it in.

7. Door Fabrication

Your custom entrance door is precisely built in our Sydney workshop using quality materials and hardware with fine craftmanship. We ensure your custom door is engineered for precision, longevity and beauty.

9. Final Handover

Once installed, we complete a walkthrough with you to ensure everything is perfect. We also provide care instructions to keep your door looking and performing its best for years to come.

2. Phone Consultation

Once we’ve reviewed your details, we will give you a call to talk through your goals, timeframe, budget and any must-have. From here, we’ll walk you through the steps, provide an initial quote and arrange a site visit.

4. Formal Consultation

This is when you make it yours. You’ll choose your preferred finishes, pivot systems and details. We’ll guide you through each decision so every detail reflects your style and performance needs. We then can prepare your formal quote and technical drawings.

6. Approval

Once you approve the final design and quote, we’ll issue the production documents and request a 50% deposit to begin fabrication. Rest assured, nothing will move forward until you say yes.

8. Installation

VivaDoors’ professional team will handle delivery and installation with care and attention. We coordinate with your builder or site manager (if needed) to ensure smooth delivery and setup.
